Engine ECU/ECM part numbers

I’ve found an ECU that was installed on vehicles only for a few months in this specific configuration.

I stumbled across this thread because I'm lookin for a replacement ECU, but I can only find PN: 89661-60610 available and I'm tryin to find out the differences.
