Engine Code 14 question

My 94 LC engine light just came on. I used a auto parts store obd1reader, and it says “ Ignition Signal (1GF-1). Vehicle is running fine, but it seems a generic definition. Any help is appreciated.

Any update on this code by any chance. Tht code just popped up on my 94 today
