Emergency Flasher Switch..... (1 Viewer)

At some point in the not too distant future this FZJ80 is going to have to pass a state inspection. Not too many issues.

But, I have looked in the FSM and search in here for some instruction in changing the bulb in the flasher switch.

How do I get in out of the dash? Do I have to take the face plates off?

Any help would be appreciated, I hav to have been searching with the wrong words I can't be the only one to hav to fix this.

if youre referring to the switch below then you can pry it out carefully with a pin at the corners and no need to remove the panel
the bulb in it is the grey circle part that is removed with a small flat head screwdriver. It only illuminates the switch when your park / headlights are on

Thanks! I was not excited about pulling the dash apart. I will try some small plastic computer pry tools before I try metal pins.
