Emergency brake part # confirmation needed

Working on replacing my rear sway bar links with with Trail Tailor links and I noticed this part is loose and probably contributing to rattling sounds when I go over bumps

I assume the assembly is what I have circled, can someone confirm before I order? Looks like there are some bushings that are worn out and missing.

That should not rattle as it is on tension by the cable at either end of the wheel backing plate. You can fabricate thin plastic/fiber washers to minimize the play. I got those on my Hilux, 4R, LC and Taco and all have play but does not rattle as it is on a plastic mount.
