My question seems to be of a slightly different variant. And yes, I have searched. Those who have removed the rear logo emblem revealing the holes, what did you do to fill the holes back in? I stopped by a couple hardware stores thinking some rubber plugs would be easy to find. But, no such luck.

If I had read the threads before I removed it, rather than after, I would have left it on in all its golden goodness. Too late now. Now I just need to find a way to fill or cover the holes.

I would paint it black and slap it back on or get a TEQ emblem.

Local hardware store by me sells plastic plugs. I bet McMaster Carr has that kind of thing too. Hit the end with some matching touch up paint and you'd never know there are holes there.

Another vote for TEQ badge. BTW, Anyone know if the Land Cruiser has holes behind the emblem as well?

Thanks all. I did not know about bhicks TEQ emblems. I have one on order.

I like the Gold, I think it is ready for a comeback. Wait till almost everyone has thrown it in the trash and Toyota/Lexus runs out. Then everyone will be searching for the Vintage Gold Emblems. Anyway, Nice Truck looks good De-badged. I had a hard time finding a gold antenna part for my 80 series.

Wow. This thread was a butt kicker. I had a massive wave of orders for 100 series TEQ badges this week. Some already shipped. I will box up most of the remaining orders tonight and in the mail in the morning. The ones that come in late last night and today will go out Tuesday morning. Thanks for the business guys.

@bhicks Glad I could be the catalyst for more business for you. When I ordered the badge for the rear I saw you were out of the badges for the front. If the fronts are close to being in stock, you can hold off shipping the rear and I will add the front to my order so you can ship together.

I removed mine as well! They were faded. But I will soon be ordering a Teq badge.

I just restocked my website. Currently my Toyota Landcruiser TEQ badge for the 03-05 grille will ALSO fit on the 03-05 LX470. My LX450 badge should also fit on the 98-02 LX470 badge. I'm waiting on feedback from the few LX450 badges I shipped out to 98-02 LX470 guys. I should have all the LX470 stuff up on my site soon but some can be ordered now.

Not sure if I got ordered the correct emblem for my grill. The back is great, but the front doesn't fit the contours of the grill.

That isn't a LX470 grill badge. You ordered a grill badge 95-97 80 series grill badge and the 98-02 Toyota Grille. The LX470 grill badge has not been posted up on my website BUT the LX450 badge is the same as the LX470 (98-02) I have not posted all of the LX470 badges on my website because because I still have not found the 06-07 grill to test fit on. Ship back the badge and I will ship you the correct one. PM coming.

Apologies for the hijack but since it's related and I didn't want to start another emblem thread...does anyone know the screw thread/size for the front emblem? Received a replacement for my '98 without any screws and I'd thrown mine out long ago. M3 and M4 were both too big, so were 6-32. I couldn't remember what was in there. Thanks!
Probably should've ordered a TEQ from @bhicks

I had the same issue. I couldn't find a screw that matched in my local hardware store so I just threaded my TEQ badges to accept a 4-40 screw that is 5/8" long. The factory screws were a coarse thread due to the badge being plastic where my TEQ badges are metal so a machined fine thread screw was the better option anyways.
