Has anyone converted a distributor and ignition over to electronic instead of the "old way"? If so what did you use and where did you get it? Upon my last post about my distributor, I have ran into a laundry list of problems. I am kind of hoping this would be a little easier and a lot less cost efficient, Long term?

I did the petronix no points upgrade from TPI. It's available from other vendors too. I did mine about 6 or 7 years ago and it was great. It smoothed out the engine sound at idle and made it run better on the road. Probably one of the best upgrades I have done.

I have found some on the internet for around 59.99 and up. Does this sound about accurate on the price or is just a piece of the puzzle that I need to make it run right?
