I’m getting (after some rain, but with no obvious signs of interior water), some weird electrical gremlins.

1) the seatbelt warning is on no matter whether the seat belt (driver) is latched
2) when I unlocked the door before starting for the day (after rain), I heard an odd “tick tock” relay sounding noise under the hood near the fuse box when I hit unlock.
3) after turning off the ignition, the door chime keeps chiming as if the keys are still in until the door is shut.
4) the doors will not lock with the fob (presumably because it thinks the key is in the ignition

Any thoughts on where to start looking? Thank you!

Check the fuse box on driver kick panel for any water intrusion. Keep the sunroof drains clean and unclogged.

Thank you. The fuse box being the internal one, as opposed to the fuse box under the hood? If it’s wet, is that where a sunroof drain would leak? Or some other leak?

And yeah, sunroof drains are good. I snake those regularly since I’ve already battled the sunroof seals leaking water.

Ok, update. The PASSENGER side floorboard is wet. It’s not clear where the water is coming from. I’m at work right now so I’ll have to poke around more tonight. Also, the ECD Main Relay is clicking intermittently even with the key out.

Any ideas what is on the passenger side that could be causing this due to the presence of water? Another fuse box or something?
