Electrical Connections above brake pedal?

While tracking down and cleaning out the leak I had from the bottom corners of the windshield, I got to looking around under the dash some. I found 3 connectors just hanging there. I tried looking in the EWD, and either I can't read that thing worth a crap, or its a pain to find connectors in there that aren't in use. Anyway, here are a few shots of above the brake pedal and steering column up under the dash. Any ideas what these are for? I do have factory lockers and all electronics seem to be working and my alarm is under my drivers seat. What option are these for?

I've not examined the wiring diagrams with respect to the connectors you have pictured. But in general, the US wiring diagrams do not include connectors that are not used in the US models.

Most of the unused connectors are for non US equipment not installed on our trucks.

OK.. so anyone that doesn't have a US spec LC know what this is used for?
