Electric mirror with led

Hello, anyone have idea about the number part of this mirrors with led turn signals and arabic text if this are original?? I like to put in my car but i dont see this in electronic parts catalog.. Thanks

Yes, but i like to buy the mirrors with the text in arabic and with the turn signal lights, i dont have idea if the leds are original, i only see this in internet pics..
