Hey y’all Ive been dealing with an intermittent low idle and just recently I feel like my transmission isnt shifting up as if should rpms seem to high, higher than usually.

Will working on the low idle issue I have done it all. My last resort before taking it to the shop is to clean egr, plenum cleaning, valve cover and get the injectors serviced. I’ll also be looking at the wiring harness that the egr touches.

so I just watch some info. I have plenum, valve cover/rvt, throttle body gasket and new oring and what not for the injectors.
Is there any gaskets or a thin I need for the fuel rail?
What gage wire is in the harness and what heat wrap do you use?

There are two metal seal/gaskets on the banjo bolt for the fuel rail. Rubber seals for the injectors - not just the O-rings - (replaced if you have them rebuilt).

When you do the valve cover gasket is a great time to do the spark plug seals and PCV seal.

I think you said you have them, but both plenum gaskets and the throttle body gasket.

Plan on some thorough cleaning of the plenum. I used a bunch of stuff, but BG Chemclean worked best for the nasty parts.

If you remove the idle air controller, you might want to order a new o-ring for it.

Depending on age and condition, it can be an ideal time to replace vacuum lines and other rubber hoses.

My low/erratic idle had a lot to do with vacuum leaks. I'm a big fan if smoke testing to identify vacuum leaks.

I used some metallic insulated heat wrap from the auto parts store for my large wire bundle. It conveniently has a velcro closure which makes it easy to install.
