EFI Relay problems from hell

Sorry I haven't posted in a couple days.

So it has to be the ECU. Swapped the igniter and coil with known good parts, no change.

The computer gets power, regardless. When the truck runs, there is voltage on the IGT wire from the ECU to the igniter. When the truck won't start, it cranks, there is power to the ECU, but no power on the IGT wire from the ECU to the igniter. When this happens, the truck absolutely will not start; hot, cold, etc. When there's voltage on the IGT wire, the truck starts and runs, every time.

The only remaining weak link is the ECU. Unfortunately, there's absolutely nothing locally in the junkyards, etc, to troubleshoot with. I believe Jon said there's no way to troubleshoot this issue without just buying an ECU, so it looks like that's where I'm at. FML.

Any resolve with this. I have a spare good ecu i would be willing to sell reasonable if will help
