How come I am not able to edit or remove a previous post from the night before?

Users with low post counts have some limitations in place...helps catch spammers before they cause real issues.

Posts in the help section and chat (and others?) don't count towards your post count.

I'm still trying... Perhaps it takes time ( what's the refresh time on posts/edit features?). I have 11, mostly on classifieds...
