Are 89661-60090-84 and 89661-60020 interchangeable? I have a 91 fj80 with a seemingly bad ecm. I can find an ecm from an fj 62 which has the same engine (3fe) but I’m not sure of compatibility. Anyone have any insight? Been very frustrating trying to narrow my starting issues down and to secure an ecm. Was supposed to be getting a refurbished unit from flagship one, however they claimed they cannot program the units they have and need mine to refurbish but it took nearly a month after ordering for them to inform me this, they said there’s no guarantee they can fix it but the cost will be double what the original price i got on their unit and if not successful they will not refund me fully, so needless to say I do not trust them.
