Egg, cheese, ham, and jelly sandwich.

The other night I was hungry. Not much in the fridge. I fried two eggs over medium in olive oil. Toasted two pieces of bread and mayonaised them. Put the hot eggs on the bread, melted two slices of cheese on them, topped that with two slices of deli ham, put some blackberry jelly on top of that and holy s***. It was heaven.

sort of reminds me of my friend's crazy brother. He used to take raw liver, eggs, corn flakes and milk. Combine the ingredients and put it in the microwave.

Dude, I thought lots of people did this. You can get something of the sort at Cracker Barrel. I just fattened it up a little bit. These sandwiches are gloriously delicious.

the cubans make a sandwich with turkey and jelly, kinda like a turkey and cranberry sandwich you have after t-day, pretty good.
