4 FROZEN boneless chicken breasts
1 pack of chicken tacoseasoning
1 container of ready made pico de gallo
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup water

Pour chicken taco mix in bottom of crock pot. Put 4 frozen breasts on top, pour the pico de gallo over the chicken, then the oil and water. DO NOT STIR.Cook in crock pot on low for six hours. Then shred chicken with a fork....mix it all up.....then watch out. I was very skeptical of using frozen breasts thinking they would be hard and dry. These turn out to be some of the softest moistest tacos around. The kids don't even talk while they are eating them.:cheers:
