My windshield washer pump started to leak (73 fj40). It was leaking around the motor shaft then out the little weep hole. I drilled out the two rivets holding the assembly together, the top part looks much like P/N 85310-95700 but sadly it is not the same. The top picture is like the part off my truck, the second picture is the replacement part - you can see the round rubber seal under the impeller.
To repair, I bought a 85310-95700 part (looks like some knock offs selling on ebay now), I pried the little plastic impeller off and removed the round black rubber piece. It is the correct diameter but not thick enough. I found a small rubber washer about 1/8 thick and the same diameter to make up the extra depth. Stacked these on the old pump motor and re-installed the impeller. I re-assembled using a couple small machine screws and nuts.
It works, doesn't leak - for now.
