I had my mechanic replace the battery cables and now the DVD in the Rear Seat Entertainment doesn't work. It looks like the DVD is recognized, but I don't get the screen to select PICTURE and OK. As a result, there's no video and no audio.
These are original movie DVDs that were purchased, so they are not copies. I've tried 3 DVDs that were working prior to the battery disconnect. I've even run a diagnostic check and everything seems to be okay. Here are some screen shots of the front and the rear. Any ideas?
The photos show the DVD check message and then a generic DVD screen with no audio or video. Also, the rear dvd monitor in the roof has a generic DVD screen with no video nor audio. No sound on the headphone jacks either.
