Just wondering if anyone has installed dual shocks on any of their LJ Bundera (apparently thats why my land cruiser is) or even a BJ, HJ. if yes then I'd love to know how they performed, what was the set up and see some pics as well if possible.

Thanks
Sajid

I had dual shocks on my FJ70... leaf spring tho. Stiff as a rock, i didnt really like the setup but it looked awsome. what are you looking for with the dual shocks? toughness? ride quality at high speeds?

I need them for off road rallying, so i guess toughness and some ride quality as well. I think ranhos are good as secondry shocks as they are adjustable so the ride does not become hard.

Can you post some pics and technical details of your dual shock set up.

Thanks

Iv heard the RS9000s little nobby thing jams up relitivly quickly, not sure if their remote system would solve that issue or not...

Walker, i did not play with the knob once i found the right adjustment. So even if they were jammed, it was not a problem.

On my land rover defender the ranchos worked very well with old man emu springs and shocks. For some reason the gas and oil shocks reacted very well with each other and i had a firm yet comfortable ride.
