Is anyone familiar with daul filament turn signal indicators, I have never seen such an FJ55 product before. Way back when I smashed a lense on an early style blinker. A fellow pig owner was kind enough to obtain me a set (as opposed to just 1 lense) that were sourced from Australia. They have one clear lense. Just recently I finally cleaned them up to install since I smashed a blinker body. These have dual filament bulbs, they run a ground and 2 wires. It appears one filament is the blinker (which I have hooked up right now) and the other is for a small headlight of sorts?
Anyone familiar with these? Was the clear side supposed to be facing front and act also as auxillary lights?
I could go with the illegal clear front blinkers and run extra headlights (they would need to be isolated with a switch), or make the clear point back and light up the side areas of the pig.
