opened up the door panel to check if i was missing the bold as people claim but nothing missing or loose however, the bottom window channel (steel) (or whatever it calls) has an inch movement left and right and i know it should be tight as the other windows.

any idea how to tighten it?

The electric "window regulator" attaches to the window glass via a steel bracket bolted to two tabs attached to the glass. I think this is the part you refer to as the window channel. It is kept at a horizontal angle by the regulator but should be free to move horizontally. It has to be this way as the window regulator uses a scissor mechanism to work. The horizontal position of the window glass is kept by the vertical parts of the window channel. There is a "lower window frame bracket" on the door catch side. I think this could be loose or missing.
With the window raised check that the lower parts of the window channels are held securely in the metal parts of the door. Also, look inside the door for any parts that have fallen.

If you still don't get it fixed might be worth posting a couple of pictures of the problem.

There was a bolt inside the door but checked the dealer service and found broken bolt couple years ago and been fixed. I guess they didn't see the missing bolt.
The bottom metal channel can be moved along with the glass which makes it tilt little bit when closing the windows.

Will check the side channel again when I open it in few days.
