Driver side lower dash removal?

As stated above, moving some switches around and installing a switch-pros. How do you take the lower panel off without breaking anything expensive?

I don't have it at my fingertips, but there is a good thread on here for installing a trailer brake controller that I used when I installed my Redarc controller. It is a quick job once you know see that thread.
