Okay, long story short, 2005 gx 470, I believe the wire from the amp to the mark levinson woofer is broken someplace. I replaced the door harness, the amp (there was a gx470 in the junkyard so it was an easy swap) and tested the speaker (good). I assume the break is from the woofer amp output to the door plug. Does anyone know which pinout it would be, I feel like the easiest solution would be to run a single wire for this. I'm not the best with wiring diagrams, so a photo with an arrow to the plug would be great.

The wiring diagrams are pretty easy to read actually. Lexus gives you a diagram of every connector and a list of the wire colors associated with it. You can test it fairly easily by check the continuity (multimeter on resistance mode) between the plug on the ML amp harness and the plug on the ML woofer harness. You'll need to run a temporary test wire from the sub plug up to the amp plug to accomplish this.
