Hey everyone

I posted this in the tundra/sequoia form, but figured I should reach out locally as well.

I replaced the bad motor in drivers window of 2003 sequoia with an aftermarket replacement.

When you use auto up, the window closes then rolls back down halfway. I have used a few different methods I found on the web to reset the "window pinch" feature, but no luck. I have had the window regulator and motor in and out 3 times trying to get it to work with no luck. Auto down works fine.

Anyone have experience with this problem?

Thats a good question.

Any one with techstream know if this will work ?

hopefully this helps:
remove regulator but leave motor plugged in. key on. roll window up in first detent (not auto up). let motor gear rotate a minimum of 8 times (more is ok). this will put it in learning mode. reassemble - should work.

Thanks Murf.

I will give it one more go tonight.
