Drill sharpener (tool)
Taking the risk of being kicked off because it's off topic I want to ask the question.
While doing maintenance on my rig I often use drills. These get worn and I have to sharpen them every now and then.
For this I used a tool like this one:

I bought it years ago and used it well untill it got damaged last week.
Tried to find a replacement here in Europe but was unsuccesfull.
In the USA they seem to be abundant, but none of the sellers I found ships to Europe (virtually all of them sell through amazone.com and they won't ship this item to Europe)
I've been googling now for hours to no avail.
Who knows where I can get one?
This thing only costs 10-15 USD and fits in a small box. What's the problem for those companies to send it overseas? for COL
