downey SAS kit

anybody know anything about this? use's 3" downey springs, ford shock towers, not sure who's hysteer and hanger. just wondering about the price of it and who's kit it is.

Downey has made all their own stuff in the past, so I would assume this to be the same case.

nope, not the case. actually talked to the owner last night when i called.

they have 2 kits. 1 is the full Trail-Gear kit just like everybody sells. the other is what he called the economy kit. this one uses the Downey 3" springs, ford 250 shock towers. the Trail-Gear hysteer and hanger kit. This kit leaves the axle in the stock 85 posistion and is not moved forward. has shorter shackles also. Downey shocks, brake lines, ect. it's more of a Kit where you want a solid axle but don't need maximum articulation like the other kit. has better on-road manners he said. it is around 950 dollars.

if it was the owner i talked to (said he was) he was a really nice guy, talked for about an hour about all things toyota. there new A-arm kit for the 86-94 trucks is really
nice, but pricey.
