I’m new to the land cruiser seen as I just acquired a 1995 Toyota Fj80 from Australia. It’s, of course, a right hand drive vehicle. It has an alternate propane fuel source. I’m having trouble finding anyone that has knowledge of this system, can you please help? Also, a good club in our area that you would recommend.
thank you, Kurt

Check out the clubhouse forums. There are clubs all over Cali. I understand the LP systems were a fairly common mod in Oz. Haven't see much about it on Mud but that maybe because I haven't looked.

Welcome! :flipoff2:

LPG is more than likely what it is set up for as the 2nd fuel. Though propane can replace LPG since they are equivalent for vehicle fuel (afaik).

There are also various LPG kits, so if you need specific info you would need to identify the system that is installed and chase up the info on the manufacturer's website.

cheers,
george.

A friend of mine I ride with has a propane powered Hilux. If you have any specific questions I can ask him and see if he knows.

Idk how similar the two systems may or may not be. :meh:
