Found this looking for a new Stereo for my 2000, F350

Any reason NOT to get this setup? It's cheap enough, and has just about all the options that I want. Even the reviews are fairly good.
I know it won't be the best stereo system in the world, As it stands, I am fairly happy with the stock system. Except that the CD player is failing in it. And, I'd like to add a rear view camera for hooking up the Gooseneck (I can't see the hitch with the crew cab).
I'll probably add some headrest monitors at a later time as well. Make the kids happy..
