Doors unlock but won't lock

Privateer - please let me know the outcome of this. My situation is similar on my '02 LX

1. Doors will lock and unlock with the key fob - no sticking of locks in any temps
2. Doors will unlock with both the driver and passenger door switches
3. Doors will NOT lock by depressing lock button on either driver or passenger door switch.

The door switches are fine, haven't checked wiring harness yet, but this problem seems like it isn't a one off out there.

I replaced Door Relay #1 (see relay labelled with red “L” in schematic key, previous post) and my “won’t lock” problems were solved. Took about 30 min. Found relays on Amazon. I previously replaced the motors in all four doors, though I’m not sure that was necessary since they would all unlock. But at least I know those motors are good for a while!

Now that my lock system is fully functional, I was able to program a new master key with Lock/Unlock function, and will no longer be required to lock all doors manually and individually! Feels great to have this problem behind me!
