rebuilding bj73 truck door hinges. Requires new pins was advised none were available. New hinges were recommended. Any suggestions as to reboring and replacing pins.

Reboring sounds like a perfect option.You might consider drilling additional holes and inserting grease fittings so the hinges can be lubed in the future. I had an old 70's Volvo that had grease fittings on every door hinge! Worked great.

I had Wilson Antique Car Parts in Virginia, USA re-do the door hinges of my '68 MGB. PERFECT job. $125 last year.
They are developing a reputation of excellence in the world of little british cars.
Maybe now for Land Cruisers?
