Door Cards

Premise #1 .... The following question is assuming roll up windows (not that fancy electric stuff)

Are the door cards common and interchangeable between all of the 70 Series from the BJ70 through the HDJ79?

They are all interchangeabe but there a few variations in arm rests , pockets and dont some come up higher and cover the section where you rest your arm out the window?
Lots of pic on google images if you type "toyota 70 series door trim" but you are probably after this one

I know the 4 door wagon/dual cab front door cards are a different shape to the others unsure if they are interchangeable with eachother though
