While working on the leading arms, I noticed the stabilizer bar mounts. I am not sure if they should look like this..I have not seen other LC to compare it against.. Does the top mount look right with this gap??

They need to be lengthened. Depending in the shock length, the sway bar is likely to rub the drive shaft at full droop and with the angle change are likely to break. Some use spacers, I prefer to cut them in half, extend them by welding pipe between the halves.
Does the vehicle have lift, and is this photo taken with the suspension loaded up?
