Just to reiterate, this was accidentally posted from my personal account. We do have a shop - adventure-ready.com
We will be adding the Scheel-Mann seats and brackets to the store in the next couple of weeks once we have all the details worked out.

I'd be very interested in the mounts and sliders. I have leather *manual* seats and I'm in need of a new seat; L5 S1 demands it. I've been looking at Recaro Specialist M on a Wedge double-locking slider but you have my interest.

I think I had Scheele seats in my old M5...they were very comfortable seats for both long drives and spirited driving.

I'd be amenable to tan cloth or leather to match the brown/tan interior of my 94.

Please PM me pricing and availabilty information.

Brandon

Absolutely.

Absolutely can do. I'll PM you with pricing info on the Scheel-Mann seats. if you have another seat in mind please let me know. We've been running the new Scheel-Mann's in our demo truck for the last few weeks and they're insanely comfortable. Changes the entire feel of driving the truck. Big time upgrade. It's one of those things people don't think about as much in trucks, but makes a giant difference in ergonomics, stability, and looks.

I do mostly longer haul trips. These seats are too small if you are over 6 ft. That's for sure. Thank you.

Subbing because I'm definitely interested in this. Do you or any other members have a recommendation for seats from donor vehicles? I know I've seen WRX seats mentioned before but just curious as to other options.

Have more info on the new Scheel-Mann seats for you guys. Models we will be carrying:

Traveler - $1,259
Standard seat. Offers substantial improvement over the factory seats, including tall lateral bolsters, ergonomic molded cushions for better support, firmer cushion material for better stability. (pictured with optional 4-way lumbar support)

Touring - $1,259
Wider version of the Traveler, with slightly shorter bolsters. Designed for larger people. (shown with optional armrests)
0851100 Touring F Armlehnen (1).jpg

Vario/Vario XXL - $1,699/$1,799
The most adjustable seat. Has Adjustable bottom cushion length (great for taller people), adjustable lateral support, adjustable 4-way lumbar support. The XXL model is taller to provide proper support for taller people.

Within all of the models there are additional options like armrests, electric seat back controls, fabric/leather upgrades, heating, 4-way adjustable lumbar support, shorter lower lateral support to make it easier to get in and out of trucks, etc.

Sorry we don't have more info up yet. We are working on that, as well as better pics. The seats in our truck are the Vario XXL F (short lower lateral bolster) on the drivers side and the Traveler on the passenger side. They're incredibly comfrotable - completely changes the feel of the truck. Much more stable.

Attached is a photo of the two-tone tan/brown seats from Scheel-Mann. I've updated the thread with more seat info and pricing (see reply above this one).

Do you have dimensional data, preferably in God's own inches for the Vario XXL?

Please measure from the surface of the demo seat to the headliner; this would give me an idea of how "high" the seat rides relative to the floor.

PM me with pricing and shipping to the East Coast for a Vario XXL in two tone brown with lumbar support options, heat, and a long slide base.

Ha. love the gif.
Will do - give me until tomorrow. I will say from personal experience that it definitely sits a little lower than the factory seats, which to me is a plus.

I looked at the site you linked earlier in the thread but couldn't find these. PM you for more info or can you provide a link to the correct page at your site?

We don't have these on the site yet, sorry. Still gathering all the info we need to open the seats section on the site. PM me if you need info or want to order.

You sir, are doing God's work. I am 6'6" and half way through the thorough baselining of my '95. Current seats are a travesty. Please PM me with pricing and shipping to the East Coast for a Vario XXL in two tone brown with lumbar support options, armrests, and a long slide base.

Done.

I guess I'm confused (not hard to do), are you saying the seat bracket or slider you offer is to be used with an aftermarket seat OR will they work with/for the OEM seat?

Is there any loss/gain of seat height with the brackets or sliders?

X2 on the fitment of sliders/brackets with OEM seats (both power and manual versions).

This would become way more intriguing if they are able to work with OEM seats. For myself anyway.

If this would work with the OEM manual seats I'd be interested. I'm 6'1" and although I can get comfortable enough it would be nice to have the additional leg room on long trips.

After looking at this more closely there really isn't a way to make brackets that the factory seats can bolt to without custom modification. The mounting brackets would need to be cut off and custom mounted. Sorry guys.

Any chance of a quote on the mount and slider? The Scheel-Mann seats are magnificent, but will have to wait until my baselining of the old girl is completed.

Need me some seats stat. Like the two tone xxl with all the fixings for the driver and the traveler for the passenger. Need wedges as well. Hit me up on pm and let's chat.
Jeff
