Do door hinges interchange?

Trying to put the best of my batch of hinges on the doors of my pig while it's apart for painting. Appears the top hinges for the front doors will interchange from side to side. Same for the top hinges on the rears, which are different from the front. Looks like the bottom hinges are location specific. Am I right?

I think that they are, although I suppose they could possibly work upside-down.
