I do a shameless plug - few weeks ago I have released my android app to track fuel usage - Dinkum Logbook (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=dinkum.logbook).
It is free. No annoying ads. Unlimited cars. Unlimited fillups.

It has started some time ago as personal tracker, to see how thirsty my cruiser was, as well as to get my accountant information he needed.

I commute about 500 miles a week, so I'd love to have something to track actual fuel usage.
