I'm working on swapping the LC200 case into my tundra. This has been done before but with limited details. I'd be very appreciative if someone can measure the distance from the transmisson mounting face to the front and rear driveshaft flange mounting faces. I've been unable to get access to a LC200/LX570 to measure for myself.
Trying to determine if the LC200 flanges have the same location as the Tundra case, or if they are shifted 1.25" like the Sequoia case.

Both cases are the same length. Swap the rear output flange and the case bolts in. The remainder of the work is in modifying the 4WD actuator on the transfer case and also the unit on the front axle.

Didn't know you were still around! I read your initial thread and it sounded like they were the same, but the sequoia case can be bolted in without modification (not ideal spline engagement though) so I wanted to make sure.
My truck is a 2019 so the swapping of the 4wd control won't work :( I plan to keep the factory 4wd computer and tricking the inputs. I'll have to custom wire/control the transfer case.

I do not know if the 2014+ Borg Warner case has a length difference. Likely not, but worth checking. Post up any wiring info you discover, I'm sure many folks would love to swap AWD into the newer trucks.
