Is there a way to rebuild the the diff lock sensor plug?
My wires turned green and fell off.

OR

Anyone have one they don't need?

I took apart the plug. Took a small needle nose pliers and grabbed the metal prong in the plug.
It popped out, along with the white plug lock thingy. Be careful as it flew out and I almost lost it.
As you can see there is a rubber plug on each wire and it pops out with the wire.
Remove the wire from the metal clip and remove the rubber.
Get a new wire and solder it to the metal clip. I didn't have a solder gun so I just wound the wire around the clip. Put the rubber back on and pushed the wire and clip into the plug.
Installed the white clip into the plug, it locks the clips in.
Splice the wires into the harness. I guess it doesn't matter which wire goes where as its just a on off switch.

I was talking to CDan on Friday, he told me a replacement harness is available fo the rear actuator on the 80. Also, the plug is also available.
