Diesel lesson from Dr. John Voo

I forgot about the pics of what John found in my pump, it's a pump wheel that has these small blades that should slide in and out on rotation inside the pump. This could be part of the damage that might of got missed when my ACSD started to fail, and I had my pump rebuilt. Not sure, could of happened after the second rebuild, when it started to kind of hunt. You can see one side where it was scraping and fused itself, sorry it's not easy to see, but the blades had almost become one, with the side view showing it got pretty hot.
