Did I F' up my window?

Was doing some PM , 2006 LX 470.. Sprayed this RV car window & track dry lube in my window tract, down inside the door. Now I have this alarming crack-clunk sound coming from there a short time after the application. I did same procedure on passenger side- no issues except my cab smells worse than Fabuloso...ay carumba...did I break something? Now do I peel the door open and get new parts?

try pulling the door panel and tighten the 2 bolts where the window sits on the regulator
