Saw Steve's post on BC4x4. Looks like you impressed him so much he might give up Jeeps. Nice dif drag lines in the snow pic. What's the snow level at now out there? Also saw that someone decided to burn the new picinic tables they put in at Hale. Maybe the CCs could help out with some cement tables.

Ya it would be nice to catch those guys who did that. Ya it would be nice if we could pitch in I will. ON the GPS and the ALTIMETER on the 74 we ran into snow at 350 meters nothing to 6 feet within 20 feet from the hard pan

Ya, we saw that on Tuesday as well. General talk was cement tables, then someone mentioned seeing folks pound those apart just for the hell of it. Dunno what the answer is...other then to not give up or in. I don't recall seeing them there the week before either, and there were 2-3 vehicles camped at the one spot where we saw partial remains. We took a bag of garbage out as well; does not take long to collect on site.

Cement Tables would be the answer . They dont have to be pretty either. CONCRETE DONT BURN TO GOOD ! . Lets take a few dollars out of this website and get together with the other groups or lets just get money from the other groups and maybe (We) as agroup could do some forming and mixing
cement
plywood, 2by4s
and the gravel and sand is free from the beech

exellent I know a bit about cement and finishing and a bit about forming. Saturday looks good for a RECCE

Stars are always good to support this good site :)

But if you want to post more pics you can always get a free flicker or photbucket account and upload your pics to there. Then they give you a url for your pics you can post on here when doing an advanced post. You pick the mountain symbol off the tool bar to enter the url. Works slick. And you don't have to limit your attachments on here or size.

BUT stars are good investments.
