Dick Cepek lift Quality

Does anyone have any experience with this lift? How does it compare?
I have seen this lift on Ebay before. I have not been able to find any info on this lift.

Ive never heard anything so that could be a good or bad thing I guess. If it were me I'd stick to the widely known brands just cause your able to get a wide range of feedback. Just my .02

They have made lifts for years, body and suspension. Prolly Benton's or someone similiar who produce lifts for many vendors.
