Please tell us a little more about the rack and especially the mounts for it (and I'd owe ya a few beers if you'd add some closer pics of it... pretty please!) . I'm looking for a set up like that for my double cab. Does it mount to the roof tracks or does it clamp to the door jams? Racks that mount to the door jams (Thule, Yakima) tend to push up the outer door seals and are prone to failure up here as soon as winter hits. Looks like your set up might be the ticket.

Bumper fitting take some work? Did you use the ARB '07-'13 Deluxe Bar, PN: 3415010?
ARB had a Summit Bar on their SEMA Tundra, was waiting for that to come out before buying one for my '17.
