Hey old timers like me.
I have the depo lights with the Susquehanna or rallylights.com harness combo. Originally purchased in 2017 and they worked perfectly until 2021. One of my relays failed. Back in 2021 I reached out to Ray who built the harness but by then he had retired. The guy I spoke to looked up the original harness specs I purchased a set of new relays.
Of the 3, only one failed. It it the one on the left pictured above.
Fast forward to October 2025, it failed again. Went to the rallylights.com website and ordered 2, wish I had ordered a spare last time. Paid extra for expedited shipping. After nothing arrived I gave them a call. Spoke to a gentleman who said he had just gotten out of the hospital. He said he would get them right out. 2 days later nothing arrived.
Rather than waiting, went on Amazon to find a replacement. My 2021 invoice from Susquehanna showed:

First I ordered.
HELLA 931680011 Relay 12V 20/40A Spdt Res Sld, Black from Amazon. Did not even have same pin pattern.
Then I orderedHD Switch 12V 40A Upgrade Waterproof Relay Replaces Hella 4RD 931 680-01, 4RD93168001,931680011, 007903001 SPDT w/LED Indicator Light & Dielectric Grease This worked for a week then failed.
Went back to rallylights web site today and got a 503 error, website is down.Does anyone know where I can find the original Hella relay?
Glad I held on to the original headlamps just in case!
