These came off my old HDJ80 (92) after I put oem seats back in. They had some beat up Recaros mounted to them - not sure about fitment for different seats. Mountings are approximately 15.5" x 16" for the 4 bolts.

Brand is Konig, could be a good base to fab up something else.
