Yeah I had seen people talking about this bumper as well, but have never seen one. I think I'll Google it.........

Saw the Demello bumper on Jason's (Demello) Truck today, I may have to trade in my ARB, His is lighter and open infront of the wheels to allow better approach angles. Pictures do not do it justice.

I agree 100%. I love my ARB, but I like the DO bumper better. I'm 99% sure I'm going to swap my ARB for the DO.

I'll be in Vegas instead;) Mud is a good board too. Post up some pics of all your Demello stuff!

Ordered mine over the phone today; was told about three weeks. They said there has been a huge demand for these but they hope to catch up. Right now, one of their cutters (water jet, death-ray laser, ?) is down so they are behind.

Now to go winch shopping. They said they knew for sure that a Warn M8000 would fit but they haven't seen a lot of others tried.

Thanks for your thread Landrover, it is helpful to all. I put together my own similar list in shopping (I'm on the fence between Exped 1 and Fab Fours). One minor fine point I found in my research is re. plate thickness on the Exped 1 provided below:

From Expedition One thread: "Plate thickness: On this bumper we're using a combination of 10 gage and 7 gage.. 10 gage messures out to be about .135" thick so jst a bit over an 1/8th of an inch. 7 gage is about 0.18" thick, just under 3/16" thick. Most people would probobly just refurer to them by the common inch messurement, calling 0.18', 3/16" and so-forth. Its a little wired when it comes down to it though becuase some one could say there using 1/8th inch and be using 11 gage wich is just a bit below that in real size: somthing like .118 or somthing...?... On our other bumpers we use 3/16" and somtime 1/4", but becuase there were so many concerns with weight for the FJcruiser crew we decide to adjust on this bumper. Weight, with a single hoop is going to be about 105 lbs, which is about what all our other front bumpers weigh."
