Indeed on the ventilated seats, they are nice to have.
For now I have the price down to $71k. I'll go for the 2015.

2013-2015 has ventilated seats as well. Not that big of deal but if live somewhere hot it's kinda nice, especially with black interior.

Oh yeah, I love mine and I don't live in a 'necessarily' hot location. Nothing like NWA or those of you in TX. (Born, raised, and left Austin)

Get the 16!!!!

I wish. But considering the price I'm getting and the trade in. The 2016 would be more expensive for little more stuff. I don't need the two rear seats screens and the 8 speed is not a deal breaker.

I've been pricing 2013s and particularly 2014s on the Internet and just wondering how dealers expect to sell them.

I'm seeing $60-68k pricing, with not so low mileage, when a new 2015 can be had for $72k. Granted a Certified truck comes with a warranty valued at around $1500-2000, but very few of these are selling as Toyota Certified.

Seems like once you determine you can afford $60k, then another $10k for a new truck..2yrs newer, seems appropriate.

That's why I bought mine new... I got for 71,500 it was really hard finding an 11 for a good price I bought my 13, oct of 2012 I think I made a good buy....

The best buy was my 13 fj cruiser trail teams for 34,500 drove it for 30 months with 30,000 miles and traded it in for 31,500 for a new 4Runner limited sold to me at 40,700

2015 at 71k is a great deal... A 2016 at 71k would be an amazing deal lol

Well, I just drove home with my new pride and joy.
I love it, it's white with beige interior. It had 60 miles when I got it, I added another 140 this afternoon.

Congrats on the new buy! It looks great! Hey, the Blizzard Pearl looks not too shabby!

:D

Island, you're not helping... ;-)

Almost scared one of the dealers I triggered by accidentally hitting the TrueCar button will make me an offer I can't refuse after the market started tumbling last week. Am I correct is seeing invoice at $71K and no Toyota money helping the dealers?

Crazy money, but 2013 w/12K @ $61K with 100K warranty or 2015 @ $71K (max) with 3/36. Should just go buy the 2011 Certified w/68K in the $46K. ;-)

Congratulations, very nice  , same car costs 126000 dollar over here: some tax and some more tax

126,000 ouch!

Hi I'm a newbie here, I am about to by a new LC, now comes the dilemma, should I wait for the 2016 or go for a new 2015 with 10% off offered by the dealer?

I think the 2016 might come with the same 8 speed as the new LX announced, what do you think?

The 2016 is coming with the 8-speed. I would wait for it.

I decided to go for the 2015 as I got a real good price and a very good trade-in price on my old car.

I like the design of the 2016 and the 8 speed, but I think the minimal impact to the MPG the 8 speed might bring does not justify the huge price difference if I had to get the 2016.

I love the new interior, but I'm perfectly fine with the 2015, and I do not like the two screen for the entertainment center on the back, in these days of Phablets and iPads, those are no longer needed.

The LC came with a set of Bridgestone Dueler HT, not exactly thrilled by them, I'd like to go with something a bit more offroad oriented on the same wheels, do anyone have experience with the Yokohama Geolandar AT/s ?
are they quiet on highway and a bit better for casual Offroading ?

When I was tire hunting I saw lots of people talk about geolanders and they had good things to say.

If you are able to buy the vehicles we cannot in the US, then you don't get to complain about your taxes! Can you buy a TDV8 Land Cruiser, TDV8 Range Rover, NEw Defender 110 Puma?????

we cannot :(

I love it, it's white with beige interior.

I was going to tell you to shop outside your immediate area for such an important purchase in order to get the preferred color combination!

Glad you apparently held out or got them to dealer trade?

I found it 70 miles away at a dealership that was desperately trying to sell it, it was on their lot for 3 months. They don't sell more than 3/4 a year.

I put a set on one of my LCs that was sort of needing new shoes, like you, I really just wanted something with more of an AT look and capability.

I loved the improved look so much, along with the improved ride and drive too, I immediately ditched the nearly new Michelens that my other LC came with and put a new set of Geolander ATs on it too.

Love that tire for the LCs. Probably not a top pic of the more extreme off road crowd on here, but an awesome choice for an a smooth ride, occasional light off-road or harsh weather.

Sweet, that's exactly what I need, comfort, occasional leisurely off-road and harsh weather capabilities.

I ordered a set today, really wanted the TRD wheels, but they are really expensive.
