The following service record from my '08 LC has me wondering if the coolant was replaced or not. Why would they charge for 2 gallons of coolant? That's not enough for a flush, right? But what was done you think?

What would worry me more is why they put the wrong motor oil in :censor:

Specifications call for 0W-20 full synthetic:

Was this service performed at a Toyots dealership?

2 gallons is a radiator drain and fill

It was Toyota of Manhattan. There are several other oil change records from this dealer in the history with the correct oil weight listed. I suspect this was either a fat finger or they were hooking the owner up with a less expensive oil change.

Thanks, I guess that's a poor man's coolant flush?
The dealer used 2 gallons of coolant when replacing my radiator. In your case I don't know the mileage but I suspect it was a "recommended" dealer service.

Agree with @linuxgod

When my wife's LX570 had the radiator crack, It took me exactly 2 gallons of Toyota coolant when I replaced it. Not a poor mans flush at all, as the truck did not need a complete drain and fill at that time.

Best of luck -

John
