Thanks.

Seriously, I prefer to weld sliders to the vehicle but I'd make them bolt on if someone wants them like that.

No need to drive up Ron, I can build these with out the truck. In fact I prefer that, its hard to work with an 80 in the garage. And its hard to work with the owner/customer around. (no Day Real, I still like you, its just difficult in general.) The only difference is the sliders and legs would come seperate (like most aftermarket sliders) you would just need to cut them to length and weld them to the slider, or bolt up the legs, and drive to a welder and have him weld them up.

Gonna use my 6x6 with quad 3" tube idea????

I don't want royalties...you can claim the design

Maybe I beams...

Or I can do the light weight thing with PVC wrapped in electrical tape or black foam.

Hmmmmm

All the options..im so confused

I say just draw them on

My next sliders and bumpers will be built into the body and welded to the body. Im itching to do that!!! Who wants to volunteer their junk?

Bumpers built into the body.....interesting

Attached to the frame also?

Id like to see that, on my mini....

We need to talk (price & time frame)

I am ntreegud ((I can't spell intrigued) sorry

Frame? ehhh, maybe. It wouldnt hurt, though im pretty convinced that if you cut out the rockers and slide a piece of rectanglular tube in there, and weld it to body, you wont have any issues at all. Same goes for if you cut out the bottom of the quarters behind the rear wheels and recess into that. Though on a 1st gen runner the rears MIGHT have to tied into the frame.

That made me laugh.

Bumpers? Why not just bolt on a 2x10 or a 6x6 and call it good?

Thanks, I call it gout bumper.

I thought "elephantitis bumper" had a nice ring to it.

I wonder if that thing does a nose stand when you jam on the brakes?

Only when the bumper is completely full with meth. (about 450 lbs) Thats why we recommend 8 chrome shocks in the front.

With neon green shock boots

Hey! Who's copying my new shock set up?

I didn't know you could build a solid bumper with old drive shafts & 4" sewer pipe????

Hmmmmmmmmmm?

Fullsize guys have been doing it for decades. That's where I got the idea to do mine like that.
