Damp seatbelt

2009 LC200. When it rains, the part of the driver side seatbelt that retracts into the pillar gets damp. Would that be from the sunroof drain getting clogged? Anybody have pics of the drain holes?

My money would be on the roof rack leaking there, not a sunroof drain. Easiest way to check the sunroof is open it and get on a ladder (or knees on your seat) and pour water near the drain.
