Feeling very defeated. I'm going to my new to me LX 6hrs away to hopefully fix the ahc and drive it home. Ordered a used ahc pump with low miles on it and this happened in which I would assume transit. What are my options?

I do not want to remove it just yet being that I may be able to do a return. But is it possible to replace this receptacle with the one on my LX? I'd assume there's some soldering that may need to happen, that would be bad news.

im dealing with brittle plastic on a 00' its all so brittle.... -- if you can collect all the chunks / perhaps you can glue them all together / make a mold / 3d print / epoxy a replacement. OR salvage that from your previous pump? looks like it can come out -- good luck! Looking forward to any other replies, i feel like brittle plastic these days is going to be a thing moving forward for these things.

I actually believe it's soldered in, so I don't think it'll be a simple remove and replace.

If I was hoping to drive it home I would see if those terminals would still plug in. The actual connectors just look bent a little
and may still make contact okay for a short term fix. Not ideal or permanent but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do.
Some added zip ties or something to hold the other half to it. Just a thought, admittedly without going outside to look at mine
before running my mouth.

That was the plan. Some super glue to salvage what I could and then zip ties but lucky I was able to return it and have another used one that came in today!
