D-ring for bumper (1 Viewer)

Guys, I need help here.

Are there adapters to mount d-rings on this bumper??

If the d ring shaft fits the hole, put the ring in first and thread it in?

Otherwise weld a d ring tab and touch up paint

The old ARB bumpers had tow hooks installed on each side of the uprights like in this picture of my galvanized one.
I can vouch that using those two hooks in a nylon yoke is strong enough to lift up the vehicle.
